My goal is to eat a more balanced diet which includes portions of vegetable, fruits, protein, grain and milk products in even proportions. Today for dinner I ate a dish of broccoli, steamed chicken, tofu and a bowl of rice. For a snack I ate a whole skinned pear and a tofu dessert.
