How has your healthy goal setting changed/influenced you in how you plan + lead each eat session?
My answer for this question might not even be relevant to how I lead. However it might in some ways I suppose. My goal is to tey to get at least 7 hours of sleep which is going pretty well recently. I guess in a way it kind of influence how I plan and lead in EAT because if I dont get enough sleep, I wont have enough energy to last the day or do my daily activities so getting more sleep is important. Also when I look at how much energy the kids at the site have, it reminds me that I have to get more rest to be as energetic as they are.
