My daily goal, which was to sleep earlier, seems to be making slow but steady progress. Except yesterday when i got home from school I crashed (took a nap) for 3 hours. I ended up not being able to sleep until 3 am but I woke up at 10 today. So 3 + 7 = 10 hours of sleep, which is pretty good.
