I have been eating the same meal all week. When its that time of year to be eating glutinous rice balls.......I end up eating it 3 days in a row. Seaweed, daikon, and scallops. Until today, I had fried rice. -December 27 2015

As far as parties go, they always have unhealthy foods. Where is the fruit....? I doubt I can handle eating anything else right now. Obviously, I did get a few bean sprouts in one of the meals. Chinese food at both parties!
Scallions are great with Barbeque pork. Sometimes, it really burns my throat. Just like the time when everyone cried cutting onions.

Sing melon on Wednesday to Thursday. The leftover melon for saturday's brunch.
I can't remember correctly but I think I had 2 plates of snow peas on Monday or Tuesday. Lots of green in front of me :P
My goal is to eat vegetables of any sort at least 4-5 days a week. Each time I go grocery shopping, I will try to suggest something to buy. I may bring vegetables with me for lunch or just have something for dinner. I aim for having this routine until Spring Break in March.
