So, lately I have been sick and my schedule has been all jumped everywhere. For the past month I've only exercised once in January ( If you do not count gym in school). As the month continues I keep getting busy. So I've decided to change my goal to 2 days a week and will be starting again at the final week on January. I don't think my schedule would be able to fit 3 days so 2 days be most likely be better for me. Wish me luck as I cry in my corner, aha I'm just joking.

I like how you're changing your goal to become more realistic in the SMART goal setting guide. When workloads become heavy, or something like sickness gets in the way, it really helps to not push yourself too hard! Great job!
