It's winter break and we haven't had practice this week. During this week, I have noticed that I only drink about 3 cups of water per day, not reaching my goal of 4. I got a new cup the other day, so hopefully that motivates me to drink more water.

Reaching my goal is very easy right now because it's basketball season. I drink about 2 or 3 bottles of water per game/practice, so I drink about 5 cups of water per day.
My goal is to drink atleast 4 cups of water per day, and I want to achieve this goal by January. I will try to achieve my goal by drinking 1 glass of water in the morning, 1 between breakfast and lunch, 1 during pe and/or basketball, and 1 cup before i go to bed.
