I have been drinking more water than before but not enough of what I should be drinking. I am slacking off and not thinking about my health goal. Although I have been eating more healthy throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will REMEMBER to EAT healthy and think about what I need to accomplish.

Being aware of what you need to do to become healthier is already a big step. Glad to hear that you're eating more healthy!
