It has been a while since I last blogged about my goal so I decided to do a little update. It's February 18th today and it's past my goal date of January. I have realized over the past two months that I have reached my goal by drinking 4 cups of water a day, if not more. I've been refilling my water atleast once a day and I come home with it all empty unlike before when I would come home with it half full.
