Today I started making a goal. My goal is to drink at least six cups of water each day. My goal date will be on December 25th; one month away. To reach my goal I will drink one cup of water in the morning when I wake up and one before I sleep. I will drink the remaining four cups through out the day. This is my goal because I want to stay hydrated and drinking water has many health benefit.
